Product registration

Do I need to register products before uploading?
Yes. Uploads are linked to registered products in your account. Community uploads need at least one approved registration; campaign entries require an approved registration for the product you enter. Register your products to get started.
How long does registration approval take?
Most registrations are reviewed within a few business days. You will receive email updates when your registration is approved or if we need more information. Check status anytime in My registrations.
Where can I view my registrations and warranty info?
Sign in and open My registrations to see registered products, approval status, and registration details. You can also download a registration invoice from there when available.

Uploads & gallery

What is the difference between a community upload and a campaign entry?
A community upload shares your install in the public gallery anytime - no active campaign required. A campaign entry is tied to a live campaign and follows that campaign’s rules, deadlines, and judging. Both require a registered product in your account.
How long does upload moderation take?
Most uploads are reviewed within several business days. Featured selections and campaign reviews may take longer during busy periods. You can track status in My projects.
My upload was rejected—can I resubmit?
Yes. Rejected submissions can be updated and resubmitted. Approved submissions are considered finalized. If you are unsure why an upload was rejected, contact us with your project ID and we will help.

Campaign participation

How many approved submissions can I have per campaign?
One approved submission per creator per campaign. Additional uploads may be rejected or held for moderation review. See active and past campaigns on the campaigns page.
What does “Not Winner” mean?
Your entry was approved and participated in the campaign, but was not selected as a winner for that campaign cycle. Your project may still appear in the gallery depending on campaign and moderation settings.
Can I resubmit a rejected campaign upload?
Yes, while the campaign is open and before your entry is approved. Once approved, that entry is final for the campaign. If a submission is rejected, review the feedback, update your project, and submit again.

Where can I see my rewards and campaign results?
Sign in and visit Rewards for coupons and incentives, and My projects for upload and campaign entry status.
I forgot my password—how do I reset it?
Use Forgot password to request a secure reset link by email. If you still cannot access your account, contact support@zeezlighting.com.
